Pat Koppa

Business Consulting and Health Coach

A. Organizational Consulting

Pat’s authenticity, communication, and accountability are her cornerstone strengths and explain why over 80 percent of her business growth has come via client referrals. Her consulting approach embodies both relationship building and strategic thinking, along with a reputation for effective project management, with quality on-time and on-target deliverables.

Over the past 20+ years, clients in the private, non-profit, and public sectors have valued her talent in project management, community co-design, strategic planning, multi-sector collaborations, formative research, and non-profit governance. Pat is often described as someone who meets people where they’re at and helps them move toward bold, positive, actionable solutions for change.

B. Individual and Group Health Coaching

Pat has faced and overcome many personal life-threatening health challenges, including the gift of a kidney from her father almost 50 years ago. These rare triumphs and her passion as a certified life coach (specializing in courage and chronic health challenges) inspire those looking for more presence and resiliency. Her guidance helps people tap into their innate creativity, uncover solutions and transform their relationships with chronic health challenges.

Pat’s clients describe her as a positive, resilient, authentic person with a strong growth mindset. Because Pat supports other independent contractors, she has also trained people on how to start a consulting career. Previously, she was a non-profit executive for large and small organizations, including the American Cancer Society and the National Alliance on Mental Health (NAMI).

As a coach, what brings you joy?
